You know how to love someone, but you don’t know how to believe that someone loves you, and that is your tragedy.

You hold yourself so well, people would never suspect you’re going through hell.

sickmundus;

Are you a poet? Are you a writer? Is there a difference?

I consider myself neither, honestly… But I guess, gun to my head, a writer.

I do think there’s a difference. To be a poet is very genre specific, with expectations and rules. To be a writer is a broad endeavor and leaves more flexibility. Nothing rigid or set in stone. No rules. No one to tell you it’s wrong. To do it for the love of it. All forms and formats.
